Elyps email communications
This page explains when Elyps sends email, how consent is verified and how recipients can stop optional communications.
Last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Transactional email
Transactional messages are triggered by an action or necessary event, including address verification, password reset, login codes, account security and information required for a requested service. They are not used to distribute commercial offers.
2. News and offers
News, advice and offers are sent only to people who give explicit consent by selecting the dedicated checkbox. For the waiting list, this consent notably allows Elyps to notify the person as soon as access becomes available.
3. Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and the technical headers that allow compatible mailbox providers to offer one-click unsubscribe. Requests take effect immediately and no further campaign is sent to that address.
Marketing opt-out does not prevent security email or a message required for an explicitly requested action. For assistance, contact privacy@elyps.run.
4. List quality
- Elyps does not buy, rent, scrape or obtain third-party mailing lists.
- Permanent bounces are blocked automatically.
- A complaint immediately blocks future marketing communications.
- Technical events are monitored to protect deliverability and prevent duplicates.
